This report documents the observations and conclusions of the independent verification team tasked with conducting a Responsible Care Verification of Stepan Canada Inc. (Stepan). The verification was carried out on November 12 and 13, 2014, at the Canadian manufacturing facility, located in Longford Mills, Ontario. This report documents the observations and conclusions of the independent verification team tasked with conducting a Responsible Care Verification of PeroxyChem Canada Limited. Following an initial planning meeting on October 27, 2014 at the company’s Prince George, British Columbia facility, the verification was undertaken on December 08 & 09, 2014 at the same location. This was the first Responsible Care verification completed for PeroxyChem Canada Limited. Four previous verifications have been carried out at this facility under the previous owner FMC of Canada Ltd. The last verification was completed in November 2011.
This report documents the observations and conclusions of the independent verification team tasked with conducting a Responsible Care Verification of Canexus Corporation (Canexus). The verification was undertaken on November 18 th , 19 th and 20 th , 2014 during a team visit to the company’s North Vancouver Chlor-Alkali production facility. The verification team also conducted interviews through tele/internet conferencing with company personnel at various with other company personnel at Canadian locations the team was unable to visit. This was the seventh Responsible Care verification completed for Canexus. The last verification was completed on February 9 th , 2012.
This report documents the observations and conclusions of the independent verification team tasked with conducting a Responsible Care® verification of Cytec Canada Inc. The verification was conducted on September 22 nd and 23 rd 2014 and included a team visit to the Niagara Falls Ontario Canadian head office and manufacturing facility. This site is commonly referred to within the corporation as “The Welland Site”. This was the sixth verification completed for Cytec Canada Inc. (Cytec) with the previous verification completed on August 8 th 2011. This report is based on a review of company documents, internal and external RC14001 audits, site interviews with key personnel and communication with corporate personnel and community stakeholders by telephone and e-mail. This verification was a beta test of the proposed CIAC Integrated Verification Protocol.
